Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Wòjú on the web, iOS and Android. By creating an account or using Wòjú you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Wòjú.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher) to use Wòjú.
• Give us a real email address and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone or pick a username that misleads people.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

When you chat, call, post Vibez or use Shuffle, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone, or share hateful or violent content.
• Share sexual content involving minors, or sexual content with anyone who hasn't agreed to see it.
• Expose yourself or behave sexually on Shuffle or any call with people who didn't ask for it.
• Spam, scam or defraud people, or spread malware.
• Record or share someone's calls, messages or images without their permission.
• Break the law, or infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Try to break, overload or reverse-engineer Wòjú, or access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Shuffle

Shuffle connects you on live video with people you may not know. Use it with care: never share personal details you wouldn't want a stranger to have. You can skip, report or block anyone. Reports and blocks keep you apart for good.

Your content

You own what you send and post. You give Wòjú permission to store and deliver it so the service works (for example, sending your message to the people in your chat or showing your Vibez to the people you chose). Messages in chats are end-to-end encrypted, so we can't read them.

Moderation

We may remove content we can see, such as profiles and reported material, and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Where it's safe to do so, we'll tell you why.

The service

Wòjú is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that calls will always connect. We may change, add or remove features. To the fullest extent the law allows, Wòjú isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other users say or do.

Changes to these terms

If we make important changes we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Wòjú after a change means you accept the new terms.
